Madison Beer and Justin Herbert made the most of a Parisian getaway this week, stepping out for an afternoon of shopping in the City of Light. The couple were photographed together on Friday (May 22) as they navigated the French capital, appearing at ease in each other's company.

The 27-year-old singer dressed for the outing in a fitted, midriff-baring top layered under a pale pink crewneck sweatshirt worn casually across her shoulders. She completed the look with loose, low-rise baggy jeans, rectangular sunglasses, silver hoop earrings, and a small leather shoulder bag. The 28-year-old NFL star kept his style understated, wearing a relaxed-fit white long-sleeve crewneck shirt with black pants, a baseball cap, and white low-top sneakers.

The couple's public appearance comes as Beer has recently reflected on what it means to navigate romance under the spotlight. During a recent podcast appearance on Owen Thiele's SiriusXM program In Your Dreams, she discussed the unique pressures of dating publicly.

When asked whether it's difficult to be in love with cameras watching, Beer acknowledged the complexity. "I think it can be really hard," she said. "I think you have to figure out a way to balance it and protect your relationship while also not hiding it. I think there's a balance you can find and just doing what you're both comfortable with, it can be tricky for sure."

Beer explained that she and Herbert initially felt protective of their bond, viewing it as "sacred and special." She noted concerns about what might happen if they opened up too much, fearing potential damage. However, the couple eventually came to terms with the inevitable nature of public attention.

"It's not something that stresses us out anymore, thankfully," Beer reflected, noting that their initial caution has given way to greater comfort with being photographed together.

The "Make You Mine" artist recently launched her Locket Tour, which kicked off last week in Poland and features more than two dozen songs from her latest album of the same name.
