Madonna is taking her forthcoming album to the cinema. The pop superstar will unveil a visual film centered on Confessions II at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival, marking the project's world premiere.

The feature, helmed by directorial duo TORSO (David Toro and Solomon Chase), draws from the first six tracks of Madonna's new studio album, set to release July 3. The screening takes place June 5 at the Beacon Theatre, where Madonna will sit down with the directors for a special conversation alongside Jimmy Fallon.

Running over 10 minutes, the film weaves together interconnected sequences set to music including "I Feel So Free" and "Bring Your Love," which features Sabrina Carpenter. Structured as one continuous piece, it explores themes of control and surrender, visibility and anonymity—tensions that have defined Madonna's decades-long career.

The visual narrative unfolds across six chapters, each conceived as an immersive segment. The story follows Madonna through various nighttime scenarios and locations—bedrooms, club bathrooms, vehicles, arenas, and outdoor settings—as a group of camera-wielding women pursue and ultimately celebrate her. The film examines dualities central to her legacy: the push and pull between privacy and fame, loss and healing, personal connection and shared experience, devotion and artistic partnership. Throughout it all, the narrative gravitates back to its emotional core: the dancefloor.

"Madonna has spent decades proving that reinvention is its own art form. 'Confessions II' feels immersive, provocative, and completely of the moment, while still channeling the kind of nightlife mythology only she could create. We are thrilled to welcome Madonna back to Tribeca," Tribeca Festival co-founder Jane Rosenthal said.

Ticket sales began Tuesday, May 12, with exclusive early access provided to Madonna Community members through digital codes.
