Masters of the Universe Unveils 18 Character Posters Ahead of June Release

With the live-action adaptation of Masters of the Universe set to arrive in theaters within weeks, the studio has unveiled a full slate of 18 character posters introducing the film's star-studded ensemble.

Director Travis Knight helms this epic reimagining of the beloved franchise, which follows Prince Adam (Galitzine) after 15 years of separation from his world. Upon his return to Eternia, Adam discovers his homeland under the tyrannical grip of Skeletor (Jared Leto). Reuniting with his most trusted companions—warrior Teela (Camila Mendes) and the brilliant Duncan, also known as Man-At-Arms (Idris Elba)—Adam must step into his legendary destiny as He-Man to protect his family and save his realm.

The film hits theaters on June 5 and boasts an impressive supporting cast. Alison Brie takes on the role of Evil-Lyn, while James Purefoy portrays King Randor. Morena Baccarin appears as the Sorceress, and Game of Thrones veteran Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson plays Malcolm, known as Fisto. Charlotte Riley rounds out the cast as Queen Marlena Glenn, with Kristen Wiig lending her voice to the character Roboto.

The character posters showcase each performer in their role, building anticipation for the film's summer release.
