Mckenna Grace Marks 20th Birthday With Mason Thames at Aquarium Celebration

Mckenna Grace is in celebration mode following her birthday milestone.

The actress turned 20 on Thursday, June 25, and documented her birthday weekend festivities across Instagram with a collection of photos and video clips. "birthday weekend :)," she wrote alongside the posts, many showcasing her boyfriend Mason Thames.

Among the highlights was a trip to an aquarium with Thames, where Grace's parents also joined the pair for some family moments. The birthday girl additionally shared snapshots from get-togethers with her co-stars from the upcoming Netflix series Scooby-Doo: Origins, capturing group celebrations throughout the weekend.

One candid shot featured Grace and Thames working out alongside castmates Abby Ryder Fortson and Tanner Hagen. Another image showed Thames holding a bouquet of flowers—a detail that prompted Fortson to chime in on the comments section. "Don't try to pass those flowers off as yours…… we both know who they were from," she playfully called out, complete with a laughing emoji.

Grace responded with humor, writing "laughing so hard he was carrying them proudly," while Thames added three "shh" face emojis to the exchange. He also left additional comments on her post, remarking "I can't fathom she's 20" and "Beautiful BEAUTIFUL DAY."

Both Grace and Thames have substantial projects on their respective horizons. Grace is currently in production on the live-action Scooby-Doo: Origins series for Netflix, while Thames was recently tapped for the John Wick spinoff film Caine. The pair are also set to collaborate on a film called NIMRODS, which recently released its trailer.

In other career news, Thames recently finished filming How to Train Your Dragon 2, and Grace has joined the cast of The Official Mistress alongside Paul Walter Hauser, who also holds an undisclosed role in Scooby-Doo: Origins.
