Michael B. Jordan Brings Family to 'Swapped' Premiere, Shares Sweet Moments With Niece and Nephew

April 25, 2026

Michael B. Jordan brought his family along for a special day on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of his upcoming animated feature 'Swapped,' held at Netflix Tudum Theater on Sunday, April 26.

The 39-year-old actor, who recently won the Oscar for Best Actor for his role in 'Sinners,' arrived with his mother Donna, brother Khalid, sister Jamila Jordan-Theus, brother-in-law Reggie Theus, and his niece Zorah Theus and nephew Lenox Theus. Michael posed for several charming photographs with the younger family members, along with full family group shots throughout the afternoon.

Joining Jordan at the premiere were his voice co-stars Justina Machado and Camden Brooks, who lends his voice to the younger version of Michael's character, Ollie. Director Nathan Greno and writers Robert Snow and Christian Magalhaes also walked the carpet.

The film follows a comedic tale centered on a small woodland creature voiced by Jordan and a majestic bird portrayed by Juno Temple. The unlikely pair, natural enemies of The Valley, find themselves in an extraordinary predicament when they swap bodies and must work together to navigate their most dangerous adventure yet.

'Swapped' makes its debut on Netflix on May 1st. This marks Michael's first film project since his Oscar victory earlier this year. For the premiere, he wore Louis Vuitton paired with a Bleusalt t-shirt.
