NCIS: Origins Season 3 Brings Cast Changes as CBS Orders New Season

NCIS: Origins is heading back to CBS for another run, though the upcoming third season will look different than before.

The procedural drama has been renewed for Fall 2026, when it will air Tuesday nights on CBS as part of the network's expanded NCIS universe. The show will share the schedule with both the original NCIS series and the newly launched NCIS: New York.

The renewal comes with significant cast developments. Six key cast members are poised to return for the new season, while one notable departure has been confirmed as the show moves forward with its next chapter.

Fans of the series can expect the familiar formula to continue, though these personnel shifts will shape the dynamics heading into season three.
