Bryson Bryant, son of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum NeNe Leakes, has found himself in legal hot water once again.

The 24-year-old was taken into custody after reportedly breaching the conditions of his probation, according to multiple outlets. Jail records show that Bryant has been held in a Georgia detention facility since May 1, with the arrest stemming from allegations of probation violation, failure to appear in court, and unpaid child support obligations.

Background on His Probation

Bryant's probation traces back to a July 2023 arrest in Lawrenceville, Georgia. During that incident, he faced multiple charges including probation violation, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, loitering, and providing false identification to law enforcement. He was accused of telling officers he was his younger half-brother, Brentt Leakes.

As part of a plea deal, the drug possession charge was dismissed. Bryant received a 12-month probation sentence along with a $500 fine, 40 hours of community service, and was required to submit to random drug testing.

According to reports, Bryant has not met the conditions set forth in his probation agreement.

The arrest marks another development in a string of legal matters involving family members of reality television personalities in recent months.
