Netflix's July 2026 Purge: 31 Films and 2 Series Set to Disappear

Netflix has revealed the full slate of content leaving its platform beginning July 1, 2026, marking another month of licensing expirations that will trim the streaming giant's library.

The removals span the entire month, with the majority of titles—31 films and 2 television series—departing across multiple dates. Licensing agreements remain the primary driver behind these regular monthly purges across Netflix's catalog.

Horror dominates this month's removal list, with the Saw franchise taking center stage. All eight films in the series—Jigsaw, Saw, Saw II, Saw III, Saw IV, Saw V, Saw VI, and Saw: The Final Chapter—are scheduled to leave on July 19. Other genre entries including Night of the Living Dead, Hostel: Part III, Silent House, and Hellboy are also exiting the service.

On the television side, just two series are being removed: The Bernie Mac Show (Seasons 1-5) and Between (Seasons 1-2), both departing July 1.

The July 1 departure date represents the heaviest removal day, with 20 titles leaving that date alone. The roster includes crowd-pleasers like American Hustle, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Just Go With It, and Bohemian Rhapsody, alongside films such as Colombiana, Runaway Bride, Steel Magnolias, and My Girl.

Additional notable films exiting throughout the month include 30 Minutes or Less, Johnny Mnemonic, Money Talks, My Best Friend's Wedding, Never Back Down 2: The Beatdown, Paw Patrol: The Movie, and Wild Things. Sliding Doors departs July 27, while Tallulah and The Roommate follow on July 29 and July 7 respectively. Side Effects leaves July 15.
