Samara Weaving Shines at Carolina Caroline Premiere as New Mother

Samara Weaving made a radiant appearance at the red carpet premiere of her latest film, looking every bit the glowing new parent just weeks after welcoming her first child.
The 34-year-old actress attended the Thursday, May 28 premiere of Carolina Caroline at Vidiots in Los Angeles, where she was joined by co-stars Kyle Gallner and Kyra Sedgwick, along with director Adam Carter Rehmeier.
In the romantic crime thriller, Weaving takes on the role of Caroline Daniels, a woman determined to escape her small Texas roots. Her character's ambitions intersect with a charming con artist played by Gallner, setting the pair on a crime-and-romance-fueled journey through the American Southeast.
The film boasts an extensive country music backdrop, drawing from a roster of acclaimed artists including Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton, and Loretta Lynn, among many others.
The movie hits theaters on June 5.
While Weaving has remained quiet about the specifics of her baby's arrival, a timeline of her public appearances suggests the birth occurred sometime in the weeks between late March and late May. She was last spotted on March 30 cradling her pregnant belly at the premiere of Over Your Dead Body. Her next public outing came on May 26 for a Carolina Caroline promotional event, marking a significant transformation in that roughly two-month span.
