Anonymous Tipster Claims Video Evidence Exists in Nancy Guthrie Case

In a fresh development in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance case, an anonymous tipster has submitted a demand letter claiming to possess video evidence of Nancy with her alleged kidnapper.

The email, received and verified by TMZ as coming from the same source behind previous communications, details what the sender describes as proof of the incident. The tipster distinguishes themselves from another person who recently called in information regarding a potential burial site in Mexico.

According to the message, the anonymous individual has secured a phone in a hidden location that allegedly contains a short video showing the main suspect with Nancy on what the sender suggests may have been her final day. The phone also reportedly holds photographs of those involved, along with names, addresses, and ages.

In exchange for the location of the phone, the tipster is requesting one Bitcoin, currently valued at approximately $59,500. The sender indicated the phone's hiding spot is accessible to someone with knowledge of its whereabouts.

The communication suggests Nancy is no longer alive, though the tipster denies being the source of the Mexico burial site tip. "I am not the idiot who recently called in a tip about her burial site in Mexico," the email stated. "What it contains is my definition of delivering them on a silver platter, a short video of the main guy with nancy the day that was probably her last, pictures of both involved, names and addresses and age."

Nancy has been missing since January 31. The Guthrie family is offering a $1 million reward for information leading to her return, while the FBI has posted a $100,000 reward and is urging anyone with details to contact 1-800-CALL-FBI.

The development comes shortly after Savannah Guthrie made a fresh public appeal for her mother's safe return, following reports that a ransom note claimed Nancy had died.
