Nicole Kidman Stars in Christie's Tribute to Constantin Brancusi's Groundbreaking Sculpture

Nicole Kidman is venturing into the fine art realm through a fresh partnership with Christie's. The award-winning performer and producer has teamed up with the prestigious auction house to create a short film that delves into the profound emotional connection people experience when encountering art.
The film captures Kidman's visit to Christie's galleries at Rockefeller Center in New York, where she encounters Constantin Brancusi's celebrated sculpture Danaïdes. Created in 1913, the work holds the distinction of being recognized as the first modern sculpture. The piece is accompanied by David Bowie's "Golden Years" on the soundtrack.
Danaïdes is part of the SI Newhouse Collection currently featured in Christie's May Marquee sales. The sculpture remains available for public viewing at Christie's New York through May 18.
