Paul Rudd Sets the Record Straight on His Youthful Glow at 57

Paul Rudd is opening up about his famously youthful appearance and pushing back on speculation about whether he's gone under the needle.
The 57-year-old actor sat down on Jake Shane's podcast Therapuss this week while promoting his latest film, Power Ballad. When the conversation turned to his seemingly ageless look, Shane posed a direct question: "So, then why don't you age?"
Rudd responded with good humor, insisting that he does age like everyone else. When pressed further about whether he's had Botox, the actor was emphatic in his denial. "No. Look at my face," he said, raising his eyebrows to demonstrate the natural creases across his forehead—which Shane acknowledged were barely visible.
The mystery behind Rudd's remarkable appearance may be simpler than Hollywood rumors suggest. In a 2023 interview with Men's Health, he revealed that sleep is the real MVP of his routine. "People ask me, 'Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?'" Rudd explained at the time. "The most important part of training is sleep. People will set their alarm and then sleep for four hours and they'll get up so that they can train. They're doing themselves a disservice. If you can somehow, get eight hours of sleep."
The takeaway? For Rudd, prioritizing rest appears to be just as crucial as any gym session or dietary choice.
