Paul Wesley is making the most of his time in Italy, flaunting his fit physique during a waterside getaway.

The 43-year-old Vampire Diaries star was spotted shirtless on Tuesday, May 19, soaking up the Mediterranean sun in Porto Ercole, Italy, alongside his fiancée Natalie Kuckenburg. The pair spent the day paddle boarding together and relaxing by the water with family members in attendance.

Wesley and Kuckenburg's romance began in 2022, and the couple took their relationship to the next level when he proposed during a trip to Italy in July 2025. Kuckenburg, a model and founder of the clothing brand Nareia, has become a central figure in Wesley's life—and the actor has been vocal about their strong connection.

When speaking with People, Wesley highlighted what makes their relationship work. "Oh my gosh. There's two people that are the funniest people in my life — Number one, my dog, and number two, frankly, my girlfriend. I think the reason we get along so well is because all we do is laugh, and I think it's probably one of the most important things in a relationship," he shared.

The couple's affinity for Italy has made the destination particularly meaningful to them, with several significant milestones in their relationship having taken place there.
