The Los Angeles Police Department responded to a 911 call from Frankie Valli's residence over the weekend in connection with an alleged domestic dispute.

According to dispatch audio, the 92-year-old music icon's son Francesco Valli, 38, was reported to have violated a restraining order and was heard "banging on the door demanding entry" on Sunday evening, May 3rd. Officers arrived at the scene at 5:05 pm local time, accompanied by a police helicopter.

No evidence of criminal activity was found upon arrival. The situation was characterized as a "private family matter" that had been resolved before authorities reached the home. A subsequent call then came in reporting a "family dispute- restraining order violation."

Francesco was issued the restraining order in April 2024 following allegations that he had "repeatedly physically threatened to harm or kill" his father as well as Frankie's younger son Emilio. The threats reportedly intensified after Frankie reduced Francesco's financial support. The restraining order remains in effect until April 29, 2027.

Frankie shares Francesco and twins Emilio and Brando with his third wife, Randy Clohessy. The legendary performer married his fourth wife, Jackie Jacobs, in 2024 at age 89.
