Annemarie Wiley Seeks Divorce From Marcellus Wiley, Files Domestic Violence Restraining Order

Annemarie Wiley has initiated divorce proceedings against her husband Marcellus Wiley, with the filing submitted on Monday, July 6. The 42-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is also seeking a domestic violence restraining order, citing alleged abuse spanning more than a decade.
In her legal documents, Annemarie describes experiencing what she characterizes as "a continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation" throughout her marriage. The couple, who wed on June 18, 2014, have three children together: Marcellus Jr., 10, Ariya, 7, and Alivia, 6.
According to the filing, recent incidents occurred during a family vacation to Orlando for their son's basketball tournament on July 3 and 4. Annemarie alleges that Marcellus yelled at her and forcefully pushed his finger toward her face while she was in bed with their 7-year-old daughter, telling her that she was responsible for his treatment of her. She claims he referenced "playing football, not basketball" with her and warned that he would escalate his abuse.
The filing further states that during this same incident, their 10-year-old son was pushed by Marcellus.
Annemarie describes enduring persistent verbal and emotional abuse, noting that physical violence occurs approximately monthly and sometimes more frequently. "I am afraid of Marcellus, and I fear for my own safety and for the safety of our children," she states in the documents.
Marcellus was taken into custody on a domestic battery charge following the alleged incident and was released on bond on July 5.
The divorce petition also includes allegations of sexual assault, with Annemarie claiming that Marcellus raped her on four occasions: once in 2012 when she says she was intoxicated, and three times in January 2026.
In her request for custody, Annemarie is seeking sole legal and physical custody of all three children, with no visitation rights or access to the children's records for Marcellus. She has asked the court to order him to vacate their home.
The couple has been married for 12 years, though no separation date is specified in the filing.
This marks Annemarie's only season with the Real Housewives franchise, having joined the cast as a full-time member during Season 13 and not returning for the subsequent season.
Marcellus has faced previous allegations of sexual misconduct. Multiple women have accused him of rape and sexual assault in lawsuits and interviews, allegations he has denied.
