Rihanna Reveals Daughter Rocki in W Magazine Cover Debut

Rihanna is introducing her infant daughter Rocki to the world through the pages of W Magazine's latest Pop Issue.
The Barbadian superstar graces the cover of the publication's Volume 3, photographed by renowned lensman Tim Walker. This represents Rocki's public debut since arriving in September.
The Pop Issue, an annual tradition at W, celebrates artistic visionaries and cultural trailblazers who shape the entertainment landscape.
Throughout the feature, several high-profile figures—including partner A$AP Rocky and an array of collaborators—offered their perspectives on the mogul.
A$AP Rocky reflected on Rihanna's evolution, noting that motherhood has transformed her while maintaining her distinctive essence. "She has changed a lot because she became a mother in that time span, and that certainly changes you," he said. "But this woman has always been magic. Philosophically, the way she operates is on another level. She is the most charming and genuine person on Earth. Her energy is unmatched—one of a kind. I just adore her."
Jonathan Anderson, the creative director of Dior, designed a custom haute couture diaper and headpiece for Rocki's appearance in the shoot. Anderson praised Rihanna's creative vision, stating that she consistently operates ahead of current trends. "The haute couture diaper is definitely a first for Dior," he explained. "When Rihanna asks for something, she is already ahead of what is happening. She is thinking outside the box."
SZA, who co-wrote "Consideration" with Rihanna for the 2016 album ANTI, spoke about their collaborative process. "She knows exactly what she wants. Her taste level is super unique. The second she heard 'Consideration,' she didn't hesitate. She said, 'This one!'" SZA recalled.
Sarah Paulson, who worked with Rihanna on Ocean's 8, remembered being struck by her presence on set. "It was on the set of Ocean's 8, and I remember thinking she was the single most electrifying creature I'd ever laid eyes on," Paulson said. "She seemed reserved, and that surprised me. She hadn't done a ton of acting at this point, so I was struck by how much listening and watching she was doing."
Jonah Hill shared an anecdote from after filming This Is the End, recalling an encounter at a bar during his birthday celebration where Rihanna was notably generous with her friends.
Mary J. Blige credited Rihanna with elevating music industry standards. "Rihanna completely raised the bar and elevated the game. She is a fashion icon. She was dropping smashes back-to-back and bringing more awareness to reggaeton mixed with R&B," Blige said.
Mariah Carey remembered meeting Rihanna when the artist was just 17, introduced by Jay-Z. "I had a feeling she was going to be a major star," Carey reflected. "She's a real girl's girl."
Ayra Starr described a meaningful moment watching her music videos with Rihanna, calling the experience transformative during a period of personal struggle.
Donald Glover, who directed Rihanna in his 2019 film Guava Island, praised her professionalism and openness on set. "She came in very relaxed and malleable," Glover noted. "She'd read and memorized everything already, but asked a lot of questions on what her character was looking for. It was cool to see her dive into it with no real fear of vulnerability."
Recently, Rihanna was spotted browsing at a baby store, following her earlier dismissal of pregnancy speculation.
