Rosie O'Donnell is weighing in on the prospect of a potential comeback to The View.

The 64-year-old performer previously served as a co-host on the ABC daytime program during two separate periods: 2006 to 2007 and again from 2014 to 2015. Her tenure on the show was marked by a notable on-air conflict with conservative co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Thursday, June 19, host Andy Cohen posed the question of whether O'Donnell would consider guest hosting on The View, similar to what Hasselbeck, 49, did earlier this year.

"I would be up to guest host, but they haven't asked me," O'Donnell shared. "So we'll see what happens."

The conversation then turned to a heated exchange that took place in May 2007 between O'Donnell and Hasselbeck regarding the Iraq war. The production team opted to cut to a split-screen format to display both women during the argument—a directorial choice that continues to bother O'Donnell nearly two decades on.

When Cohen inquired whether the split-screen decision still bothered her, O'Donnell confirmed it does. "Yeah, I'm still annoyed," she said. "Believe me. Mommy knows how to hold a grudge."

O'Donnell has previously suggested that the 2007 confrontation may have been orchestrated by producers, according to remarks she made in an interview last year.
