Selling Sunset Returns for Season 10 with Original Cast Members Christine Quinn and Heather Rae El Moussa

Netflix has greenlit Selling Sunset for a tenth season, marking the return of the flagship real estate series after spinoffs Selling the OC and Selling the City were shelved.

The renewal also brings back two veteran cast members. Christine Quinn, who departed following season five, and Heather Rae El Moussa, who scaled back her involvement in recent seasons, are both set to rejoin the show.

Quinn characterized her comeback as a fresh start rather than a step backward. "This isn't a rewind," she told Tudum. "It's a reintroduction." She explained that reconnecting with creator Adam DiVello after her divorce played a key role in the decision. "Adam and I reconnected after my divorce, and I really appreciate him extending the invitation to come back on. I'm returning from a very different place, with more perspective, confidence, and clarity."

El Moussa, who exited the main cast after season six and appeared as a guest in season nine, emphasized her personal evolution. "I've become a mom, a wife, a business owner, and I finally feel secure enough in who I am to walk back into that world and not lose myself in it," she said. "I'm calmer, more grounded, less reactive. I know what I want, and I'm not afraid to say it."

Between her time away from Selling Sunset, El Moussa remained active in reality television, appearing alongside her husband Tarek El Moussa on HGTV's The Flipping El Moussas and The Flip Off. The latter show, which also featured his ex-wife Christina Haack, was renewed for a second season last summer, while The Flipping El Moussas concluded after two seasons.

The complete cast roster for season ten remains to be announced, though reports indicate certain cast members will not be returning to the series.
