SkyMed Returns for Season 4 with Five Returning Cast Members and Five Fresh Additions

Paramount+ has rolled out the complete fourth season of SkyMed, making all episodes available worldwide as of Thursday, May 21.

The latest chapter of the series delivers eight episodes packed with high-stakes aerial rescues set against challenging backdrops—from thick forests and turbulent waterways to remote locations where emergency services are scarce. Production took place across North Bay, Ontario and Manitoba, with the season exploring unprecedented upheaval within the team. The introduction of inexperienced pilots and paramedics creates friction among the ranks, as veterans struggle to maintain authority, newcomers test boundaries, and personal feelings threaten to override professional standards.

The ensemble cast features five established actors reprising their roles this season, complemented by five newcomers making their debuts on the show.
