Storage Wars Star Darrell Sheets' Cause of Death Revealed

The Mohave County Medical Examiner's Office has confirmed the official cause of death for Storage Wars star Darrell Sheets, who passed away on April 22 at age 67 in Lake Havasu, Arizona.

According to authorities, Sheets' death has been ruled a suicide. He was discovered at his Arizona home with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, police reported.

The revelation comes as fellow Storage Wars cast member Rene Nezhoda has come forward with claims that Sheets faced severe cyberbullying online prior to his death. Law enforcement has acknowledged the allegations and initiated an investigation into the matter.

"We are aware of these cyberbullying accusations and that is a part of the active investigation," Arizona police stated.

Sheets was a fixture on the A&E Network reality series for 15 seasons across 163 episodes, where he earned the nickname "The Gambler" as a main cast member and buyer. He had since relocated to Lake Havasu, where he operated an antique store called Havasu Show Me Your Junk.

His son, Brandon Sheets, honored his memory last weekend with an emotional tribute, sharing a video slideshow and writing: "Missing you hard today Dad."
