Jonathan Anderson, creative director of Christian Dior, is revealing details about his experience designing Taylor Swift's wedding dress.

Swift married Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce on Friday, July 3, at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The bride wore a custom Christian Dior gown for the ceremony, while Kelce also donned a custom Dior suit. The two worked directly with Anderson to bring the design to life.

In an interview with Women's Wear Daily, Anderson described the collaboration as "a joy," noting that he and Swift "became very good friends" during the creative process. "It's an emotional thing doing someone's wedding," he added.

The bride and groom's wedding day looks extended beyond the couture dress and suit. Swift wore custom Christian Louboutin shoes and accessorized with Cartier jewelry. For Anderson, this marked the first haute couture wedding dress he has designed for a world-renowned celebrity.

Official photographs of Swift and Kelce in their custom Dior have not yet been released publicly. Hundreds of celebrities attended the high-profile ceremony, with additional details about the wedding party and officiant also emerging since the event.
