Dylan Sprayberry and Wife Pruette Karl Expecting Their First Child

Dylan Sprayberry is welcoming a new chapter into his life. The 27-year-old actor, recognized for his role as Liam Dunbar on MTV's Teen Wolf, is preparing to become a father with his wife Pruette Karl.

The couple tied the knot in 2025, with Sprayberry confirming the marriage when he posted photos from their honeymoon getaway to Hawaii in September of that year.

While details about how the pair initially connected remain private, their professional paths have crossed on multiple occasions. Both are credited in the 2025 film Chapter 51, which was directed and written by Tyler Shields. Their collaboration extends to earlier work as well—they appeared together in the 2024 short film Despair, per IMDb records.

Sprayberry made the pregnancy announcement public back in April through an Instagram post. He shared a carousel of images, placing a photo of Pruette's baby bump as the final image, and wrote: "What would you guys say if I told you I am going to be releasing new music VERY soon?? And what would you say if I told I'M GOING TO BE A DAD!?!?"

In recent days, Sprayberry posted an Instagram video showing Pruette cutting his hair while he played a Nirvana song on guitar, with her pregnancy visible in the footage.

Beyond their film work, the couple has collaborated on several short films that Sprayberry has been sharing on his YouTube channel.

Sprayberry's career spans multiple notable projects. In 2013, he appeared as a young Clark Kent in the Superman film Man of Steel alongside Henry Cavill. He's also featured in the Hulu series Light as a Feather and returned to his Teen Wolf character in 2023's Teen Wolf: The Movie.
