Aryna Sabalenka is making her mark at the French Open with both her on-court performance and off-court support system firmly in place. The tennis star was photographed alongside her fiancé Georgios Frangulis as they strolled through Paris on Tuesday, May 26, taking advantage of a break between matches.

The couple, who announced their engagement in March following two years together, have been making the most of their time in the French capital. Sabalenka shared close-up images of her engagement ring when the couple first revealed their betrothal.

On the court, Sabalenka delivered a dominant performance in her opening match at Roland Garros. She dispatched Spain's Jessica Bouzas Maneiro in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2, to advance from the first round. Her next challenge comes against France's Elsa Jacquemot in the second round.

The athlete has been notably sporting her striking 12-carat engagement ring throughout her matches in Paris. When asked about wearing such a substantial piece of jewelry while competing, Sabalenka shared her perspective with reporters. "It feels pretty comfy. It feels shiny. I hope that my opponent will get distracted by this diamond and it's going to benefit me," she remarked in March.

She elaborated on the experience after her first-round victory, noting that the weight of the stone hasn't posed any issues. "Diamonds, I don't really feel the heaviness, but I can imagine how it looks from the outside," she explained. "So I feel pretty comfortable. For me, it's important to look good."

Sabalenka also turned heads by accessorizing with diamond necklaces during her opening match, continuing to blend her personal style with her competitive pursuits at the tournament.
