The Proud Family: Louder & Prouder is heading toward its conclusion. Disney+ has confirmed that the animated reboot will return for a fourth and final season, arriving just as the original series approaches its 25th anniversary milestone.

The upcoming season will find the Proud family navigating significant life changes, with Penny Proud facing a string of unexpected circumstances that challenge both her courage and sense of self. The network promises action-driven storytelling alongside emotional depth, emphasizing how the family's unity helps them overcome whatever obstacles come their way.

Reprising their original voice roles are Kyla Pratt as Penny Proud, Tommy Davidson as Oscar Proud, Paula Jai Parker as Trudy Proud, JoMarie Payton as Suga Mama, Cedric The Entertainer as Uncle Bobby, Karen Malina White as Dijonay Jones, Soleil Moon Frye as Zoey Howzer, Alisa Reyes as LaCienega Boulevardez, Carlos Mencia as Felix Boulevardez, Alvaro Gutierrez as Papi, Raquel Lee Bolleau as Nubia Gross, and Marcus T. Paulk as Myron. Melissa De Sousa voices Sunset Boulevardez in the reboot.

The fourth season will welcome an extensive roster of celebrity guest stars. Mariah Carey, Romany Malco, Chloe Bailey, Lorraine Toussaint, Christopher "Mad Dog" Russo, Kym Whitley, Dee Nasty, Adele Givens, Ali Wong, JB Smoove, and Lashana Lynch have all signed on for appearances. Anthony Anderson and Tiffany Haddish will return in their recurring roles as Ray Ray and Ms. Hill.

Beyond the final season, Disney Television Animation is producing a holiday special titled A Proud Family Wizmas. The stop-motion special will feature an original soundtrack, with Kurt Farquhar writing and composing six new songs for the project.
