The White Lotus Season Four Wraps Cannes Premiere Sequence with Survivor's Charlie Davis

Production on The White Lotus brought the glitz of a film festival to set this week, with cast members capturing a Cannes premiere moment on Tuesday, May 26.

The behind-the-scenes images showcase several of the fourth season's stars—Laura Dern, Marissa Long, and Chris Messina—filming at the festival's celebrated staircase location. The sequence captures the glamour of the red carpet, with Messina photographed sharing a kiss with Long while celebrating the occasion.

Among those making appearances in the production is Charlie Davis, known from Survivor, who takes on a cameo in the episode. The role places Davis as someone connected to the fictional movie being premiered within the show's narrative.

Creator Mike White has established a tradition of tapping into the Survivor universe for guest spots throughout the series. White himself competed on Survivor and recently appeared on Survivor 50. The casting continues a pattern of bringing familiar faces from the reality competition into The White Lotus world.

Another Survivor alum expected to appear this season is Kamilla Karthigesu, though she did not appear in the set photos from Tuesday's shoot. The episode continues production as the show builds toward its season four premiere.
