Tom Hardy Ventures Into Rap With New Album Collaboration, Debuts 'Brothers Grimm'

Tom Hardy is making his move into the rap arena. The 48-year-old Oscar-nominated actor is teaming up with Czarface for an upcoming hip-hop project that marks a significant pivot into music.

The collaboration, set to be titled Czarface Meets Frankie Pulitzer, features Hardy performing under the rap alias Frankie Pulitzer, known as Face Puller. The album is expected to include appearances from major hip-hop names, with reports indicating that EL-O, Method Man, and Busta Rhymes will be featured on the project.

Hardy's entry into hip-hop isn't entirely unprecedented. In 1999, he recorded an unreleased mixtape under the moniker Tommy No. 1, which surfaced publicly in 2018. His new musical venture, however, appears positioned for wider release and commercial impact.

The project's debut single, "Brothers Grimm," is slated for official release on August 28, 2026.

Meanwhile, Hardy's involvement with the film MobLand remains in flux. Initial reports suggested the actor had been removed from the project following behind-the-scenes tensions, with claims that he had caused delays affecting co-stars Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan while clashing with producers. A subsequent update disputed these claims, indicating that Hardy's departure may not have been a firing and that the possibility of his return for a potential third season has not been ruled out.

Mirren has publicly backed Hardy, stating she would collaborate with him again without hesitation and praising his talents as a performer. She elaborated on her perspective regarding actors' different working methods, noting that as long as the final product on screen is compelling, she remains flexible about the processes actors employ to reach their performances.
