Tom Sandoval Obtains Temporary Restraining Order Against Girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and Her Father

Tom Sandoval has been granted a temporary restraining order against his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, following an alleged physical confrontation. The 33-year-old model was arrested, and both she and her father have been ordered to leave the home they were sharing with the 42-year-old former Vanderpump Rules cast member.

According to reports, the incident unfolded on June 25 after an evening of drinking led to a heated verbal exchange between Sandoval and Robinson. She allegedly attacked him, striking him in the face and head with such force that his vision became blurred. Robinson's father, who was also residing at the property, is accused of restraining Sandoval in a bear hug moments before the alleged assault took place.

A security camera recording has emerged showing the confrontation on a patio near a fire pit. In the footage, Sandoval questions whether Robinson is recording him and appears to take her phone. Her father then grabs Sandoval by the waist, seemingly attempting to pull him away. Sandoval subsequently shoves Will Robinson, who falls toward the fire pit as Sandoval rushes inside the house. Will Robinson follows him, and Robinson enters the home shortly after.

Sandoval claims that during the June 3rd incident, Robinson struck him repeatedly and that her father threatened him and punched a hole in a bedroom door after Sandoval locked himself inside.

Will Robinson has presented a contrasting account of the events. He told media outlets that he intervened because Sandoval was overpowering his daughter and aggressively attempting to take her phone away after behaving in a threatening manner. Robinson asserts that he was the one who contacted law enforcement, not Sandoval, and disputes Sandoval's ownership of the residence, claiming it actually belongs to his daughter.

"We just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away," Will Robinson stated. He also noted that the district attorney declined to file charges in the case.
