Tom Sandoval Files Restraining Order Against Girlfriend Following Arrest

Tom Sandoval has taken legal action against his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson following her arrest.

The 42-year-old former Vanderpump Rules cast member filed for a restraining order against the 33-year-old model on Thursday, June 25, according to court filings. Robinson was arrested after the pair's altercation at Sandoval's residence.

According to the legal documents, Sandoval described an escalating confrontation that unfolded after an evening of drinking. He stated that Robinson began filming him during their argument, a move that prompted her father, Will Robinson, to become confrontational as well. Seeking safety, Sandoval locked himself in a room.

The situation intensified when Robinson allegedly attacked Sandoval, striking him in the face and head with enough force to blur his vision. Sandoval subsequently contacted police, who arrived and took Robinson into custody.

Both Robinson and her father have been residing at Sandoval's home. According to the court documents, Will Robinson is accused of lunging at Sandoval and embracing him in a bear hug on the night of June 3, immediately preceding his daughter's alleged assault.

In his filing, Sandoval outlined a pattern of behavior he claims has characterized their relationship, which has lasted more than two years. He alleged that Robinson has punched him, hurled a full Gatorade bottle at him, subjected him to verbal abuse, altered his phone and social media passwords, and monitored his location using an AirTag. Sandoval stated that Robinson has called him a "f–king loser" and suggested she could pursue other romantic options.

Sandoval is seeking immediate removal of both Robinson and her father from his residence.
