Tristan Thompson Had a Vasectomy at Khloe Kardashian's Insistence, Can Only Father Future Children With Her

Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian opened up about his recent vasectomy during a candid conversation on her podcast.

The 41-year-old reality television personality and founder of Good American sat down with her 35-year-old ex on the latest installment of Khloé in Wonder Land, which dropped Thursday, May 28. During their discussion, the pair revealed the circumstances surrounding his decision to have the procedure.

When Khloe asked whether he wanted to have additional children down the line, Tristan explained his thinking. "I think I signed off for two embryos. So, if I do have more kids, it'd be coming from you. I already have enough baby moms. Don't want no more," he said.

Khloe then took credit for steering him toward the decision. "And who helped you fix that decision? That was me. Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me," she revealed.

Tristan acknowledged the pressure, responding with humor: "What? Getting neutered? Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table." He went on to reflect on his past patterns. "I've been a little hardheaded at times … I wish I wasn't as stubborn," he admitted, before noting that "sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision."

The pair share two children: True, 8, and Tatum, 2. Tristan also has a nine-year-old son named Prince with ex Jordan Craig and a four-year-old son named Theo with Maralee Nichols.
