Whitney Leavitt is charting a new course in her career. The 33-year-old reality television personality sat down on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Friday, May 15, to discuss her departure from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and what comes next.

During the interview, Leavitt reflected on her time with the series, which spanned approximately four years. She acknowledged that previous departures hadn't been marked by positive feelings, but this time feels different.

"Every time I left, it wasn't with gratitude," Leavitt said. "But this time it is. It just feels like a chapter that's closing in my life. My cup is full, and it just feels like it's time. So I'm excited."

When Clarkson asked about her upcoming plans, Leavitt unveiled an exciting development: she's launching her own production company.

"I've started a production company!" she announced on the show.

The news also made its way to social media, where Leavitt shared the announcement on Instagram: "SECRET'S OUT!!!!!! 'Leavitt Media House' Production has officially launched and we're working on something big!!!!!!!!!"

Beyond the production venture, Leavitt is also preparing for her feature film debut in an upcoming holiday romantic comedy.
