With 'The Devil Wears Prada 2' now in theaters, audiences are meeting the fresh faces in the sequel's expanded cast, including Patrick Brammall, who portrays Peter, Andy's new romantic interest.

The 50-year-old Australian actor takes on the role of a real estate investor who crosses paths with Andy during her apartment hunt in a recently renovated building. Their on-screen meeting sparks a relationship between the two characters.

Brammall's involvement in the film became public in August 2025 when paparazzi captured him and Anne Hathaway filming a romantic scene together. Though the pair donned special costumes for the moment, those particular shots appear to have ended up on the cutting room floor rather than making the final cut.

From Television to the Big Screen

This marks Brammall's feature film debut in a major American production, though he's spent years building a solid television resume. Starting with various Australian projects in the early 2000s, he gained traction with American viewers through the CBS All Access series 'No Activity,' which premiered in 2017. Brammall not only starred in the show but also served as a developer on the project. The series ran for four seasons before being removed from Paramount+ in 2023.

Television audiences may also recognize him from his work on the CBS and Paramount+ series 'Evil,' where he played Andy Bouchard. Most recently, he's been appearing on Paramount+ in 'Colin from Accounts,' a series he created alongside his wife.

Life With Harriet Dyer

Brammall and Harriet Dyer's professional partnership began in 2017 when they started working together on 'No Activity.' The couple married in March 2021, just five days after getting engaged. They adopted their first daughter in September 2021 and welcomed a second daughter in February 2025.

Beyond her collaboration with Brammall on 'Colin from Accounts,' Dyer has pursued her own acting career. She recently appeared in the CBS comedy series 'DMV,' which concluded its single season with a finale airing in May 2026.
