Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson encountered a traffic stop while departing Emily Blunt's star ceremony on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The 53-year-old was pulled over by Los Angeles police on Thursday, April 30, as he headed home from the daytime event. Footage captured by TMZ shows the actor speaking with an officer in a gas station parking lot along Sunset Boulevard, stepping out briefly to retrieve something from the back of his vehicle before returning to continue the conversation.

According to reports, the stop was prompted by the heavily tinted windows on his car.

Earlier that same day, Johnson had taken the stage to honor Blunt as she received her Walk of Fame star. The two have worked together on the films Jungle Cruise and The Smashing Machine.

"Every single day, knowing Emily, as many of us do, that is one grateful woman who will wake up feet on the ground, being grateful about every moment," Johnson said during the ceremony. "I feel like when you're grateful about every moment, that then leads to the thing I think we all look for, which is joy and peace of mind, and those are all the things I think that make up Emily and so much more."
