Zara Larsson Unveils 'Midnight Sun: Girls Trip' Remix Collection

Zara Larsson is back with fresh material. The 28-year-old Grammy-nominated artist unveiled her latest project, Midnight Sun: Girls Trip, on Friday, May 1.

This new album reimagines tracks from her 2025 release Midnight Sun, bringing together an impressive roster of collaborators. PinkPanthress, Shakira, Tyla, and Robyn all contribute to the collection.

One of the standout moments comes on "Eurosummer," which pairs Larsson with Shakira. The Swedish singer took to Instagram to express her excitement about the pairing, writing, "Shakira, Shakira!! I have a song with Shakira. Thank you for being on this song, my queen. Legend. Icon. All while staying so, so generous and kind. I can't believe this is my lifeeeee."

Shakira replied warmly to the post, sharing her own enthusiasm: "Zara! Thanks for your kind words. I really enjoyed working with a talented, smart and kind woman like you!!! This journey together has been incredible! ??"

The collaboration extended beyond the studio. In April, both artists were photographed in Miami while shooting the accompanying music video for their joint track.

In recent weeks, Larsson made headlines for a podcast appearance on Call Her Daddy, where she opened up about her personal life and addressed comparisons to fellow pop stars amid industry speculation.

Fans can now stream Midnight Sun: Girls Trip across major platforms, including Apple Music and Amazon Music.
